In her position as Head of Colour and Trim at Mercedes-Benz, she is responsible for the design and development of all interior and exterior colors and materials for new models. After studying fashion design at Pforzheim University, she decided to pursue a career in the automotive industry and has since held positions ranging from Creative Designer at Nissan and Opel to her current leadership role in the Mercedes-Benz team. In this conversation with Chapter, she talks about material innovation in the automotive industry, her personal career, and what she believes is crucial to good design.
