In this episode we talk to Mitja Borkert – Head of Design at Lamborghini Centro Stile. Born in Brandenburg, he attended the University of Design in Pforzheim, where he graduated in Transportation Design and started his career at Porsche in 1999. He held various positions there, including General Manager Advanced Design and Director of Exterior Design. Since 2016, he has headed the design team at Lamborghini, a brand that for him stands for inspiring design, emotionality and futuristic vehicles. In an interview with Chapter, Mitja Borkert provides very personal insights into his career and his work as head designer in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy.
