With this in mind, Mercedes-Benz delighted media representatives in the Principality&#8217;s harbor with the exclusive world premiere of the Concept Mercedes-AMG PureSpeed. The sensational concept car was unveiled on a floating pontoon and also fascinated the drivers of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, Lewis Hamilton and George Russell, who were present.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"chapter_text\">The completely open-top, two-seater performance car celebrates the brand&#8217;s great racing tradition and, as a concept car, also provides a preview of the first model in the strictly limited <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mercedes-benz.com\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mercedes-Benz<\/a> Mythos series\u2014a highly exclusive special edition in the brand&#8217;s top-end segment. The radically progressive design of the Concept Mercedes-AMG PureSpeed is characterized not only by its completely open construction, without a roof and windscreen, but also by its low, elongated silhouette, a very low front end with a pronounced shark nose and highlight design elements such as the so-called HALO (a safety bar known from Formula 1).
