After working for design greats such as Richard Sapper and <a href=\"http:\/\/konstantin-grcic.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Konstantin Grcic<\/a> at the beginning of his career, he opened his own <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diezoffice.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studio<\/a> in Munich in 2003 and quickly secured a firm place in the international design landscape with his designs for manufacturers such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.magisdesign.com\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Magis<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thonet.de\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Thonet<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/hay.dk\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HAY<\/a>. Stefan Diez has also headed the Industrial Design department at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dieangewandte.at\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University of Applied Arts<\/a> in Vienna since 2018.
